Rehab Addict and Alice and Elsie...

The ever fabulous Nicole Curtis (aka The Rehab Addict) is just finishing up rehabbing the "Case house" in Saint Paul.

I was lucky enough to supply a few pieces of my antique furniture for the lovely house. My son helped me move it into the house since the hubs is still recovering from back surgery...besides, my son was THRILLED to meet nicole in person!

These pieces will be available for sale and can be seen during her open house, which will take place in a few short weeks. Check her "Nicole Curtis the Rehab Addict" facebook page for all the details.

I spent the good part of yesterday moving the furniture for the "Case house" out of my booth at Abigail Page and rearranging everything. Here is what my booth looks like now...it's a little sparse but there are still some good finds!

Hooray for Friday...

Hello there and Happy Friday! I ran down to the antique shop this morning to take some photos of my furniture...got an exciting venture that I'll talk about more in a few days so I'll be moving all my antique furniture out of the shop. While I was there I grabbed a few small items to list in my Etsy shop.

Isn't this Hen just adorable? Love all the colors on her. She's a little planter but you could also use her to hold pens, pencils or markers. Let's just say that I wouldn't be sad if she never sells!

These are some of my simple handmade journals full of new and vintage papers and ephemera.

And this little fancy salt and pepper shaker set...I think I have an addiction to shakers...any type of shakers as long as they're vintage. I've had some good luck lately selling shakers so we'll see if these babies go quick.
The hubs is out tonight so I think I'll watch a movie and do some stitching after dinner ...not sure what I'm in the mood for but I'm sure it'll end up be something girly! Hope you have a great weekend!

Etsy Shop Update

Happy New Year to everyone! I hope everyone's 2013 is off to a good start! I've recently listed these shabby albums in my Etsy shop.

Do you ever make something with the fullest intentions of selling it then desperately hope that nobody buys it? I have that feeling about one of these albums...but I'll never tell which one!
